Everyone has their own reasons as to why they like to dance. Anyone can enjoy dancing regardless of their age or background. Dancing can improve your health, build confidence, and create lasting friendships…. plus its FUN!! At Adansé, we focus consistently on having fun while at the same time making sure your needs as a student are met.
Every day more and more people is turning to dancing to increase energy, relieve stress, improve strength, and grow closer with their mate. It is clinically known that it can lower your blood pressure, manage your weight and strengthen your leg and hip bones. Dancing is a unique form of aerobic exercise due to its heart healthy benefits. Not only are the health benefits great, but the benefit of becoming closer with your mate after so many years is at the step of your feet. Certain dances such as the Argentine Tango, Rumba, and Salsa allow for that close contact between you and your partner that may have been lost with the everyday stress of life. We offer you the opportunity to choose between Social Dancing and Competitive Dancing. A Social Dancing is for the person who has sociability and socializing are his/hers primary focuses. Competitive dancing allows for showing and comparing of similar levels.
Adansé offers a friendly and helpful service. We treat our students as though they were Dance Champions. Everyone is a Champion here regardless of level of expertise, or lack of it. As a student at Adansé, you will be evaluated and based on the results we will accommodate and structure a course for you that will sweep you off your feet. As your level progress, so is the training. We continuously monitor your development and adjust the training to maintain your level at its best.
