Meet the Team

JJ Espinosa

Director

With over 18 years of experience in Ballroom and various dance styles, JJ Espinosa is a decorated competitor and passionate educator. A two-time U.S. Mambo Champion, South American Rhythm Champion, and multi-time American Rhythm Finalist, she brings both excellence and heart to the dance floor. 

JJ has had the pleasure of choreographing award winning routines, competitive pieces and opening acts for various performances around the country, including Ulta Beauty Conference, Ritmo Latino Concert, Dancing Under the Stars with Dancing With The Stars at Disney Springs, Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and many more. 

JJ is also studying for her Doctorate’s in Physical Therapy, where she hopes to blend her love for dance and wellness to promote a healthy and long lasting dance career to everyone.

Chelo Curtis

​​Chelo Curtis began dancing at a studio in Kansas at the age of 10. She competed in styles including jazz, tap, acro, music theater, and contemporary.

Chelo performed in The Edge Performing Arts Centre's "Nutcracker" ballet with roles including the Sugar Plum Fairy and Clara.

In 2020 Chelo graduated from Cowley College with an Associates degree in Music Theater. While studying at Cowley, Chelo competed on the Tigerettes Dance Team, took on the role of Dance Captain, and was hired to choreograph the school's musicals. Chelo had the honor to choreograph shows including "The Snow Queen", "Elf the Musical", and Dolly Parton's "9-5".

Chelo graduated from UCF in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management and currently works as an entertainment performer at Legoland. Chelo is very excited to come back to Adanse teaching Ballet, Acro & more!

Aly Carter

Aly Price started dancing at 5 years old. She moved around a lot while young and experienced several different studios, styles, and versions of dance. When she joined her competition dance team in high school, it led her to her decision to pursue dance in college. Before leaving for college she took her first professional job at the Walt Disney World company in Summer 2010 and was friends with several characters. 

During college, she switched from being a dance major to a science major and took a break from Entertainment. In 2014 she returned to working for an entertainment company in Tampa where she worked as a choreographer, director, stage combat choreographer, and script-writer, all while working for Busch Gardens seasonal entertainment. 

She left Tampa and continued on her entertainment journey where she danced and performed for Universal Studios, Seaworld, and Legoland. A few years later she then left the country to be part of the opening entertainment team for Seaworld Abu Dhabi. She has since returned and focused her energy back on teaching and helping young dancers grow in a positive and loving community.

Rylee Williams

Rylee Williams started dancing at 3 years old. She was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and danced competitively in all styles. She moved to Orlando in 2018 to take part in the Disney College Program. Since then, she has danced and performed professionally in parades and shows at Universal, Seaworld, Legoland, and Walt Disney World. In 2021-2022, Rylee was the dance captain and a swing for the national tour of Cocomelon Live! This will be Rylee's 6th season teaching at Adanse and is so excited to get started!

Jonah White

Jonah White was born and raised in Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Theater.

Growing up in Oklahoma did not provide many opportunities for young people to pursue careers in the arts, but anything is possible with persistence and a dream. Jonah has performed at many theme parks and resorts in Central Florida, including: Gaylord Palms, Legoland Florida Resort, Peppa Pig Theme Park, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, and Walt Disney World. He has also performed at many regional theatres, including: Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, Casa Mañana, Orlando Family Stage, and Encore Performing Arts. 

Jonah is beyond excited to be returning to his Adansé dance family. As someone who didn't have many opportunities to learn growing up, Jonah is so thankful that Adansé allows him to teach and inspire others who have big dreams just like he did.

Rebecca Klimjack

Rebecca Klimjack began her dance journey at Baypointe Dance Academy in south Alabama where she studied ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, and hip-hop.

Rebecca loved dancing with her studio's competition team, as well as with her high school dance team, coached by former Radio City Rockette, Raley Zofko. She joined the Mobile Ballet Company, under the direction of Katia Garza, where she performed as a member of the corps de ballet and as a soloist. Rebecca attended dance intensives with UNCSA, Gus Giordano, Broadway Dance Center, and the Joffrey Ballet School.

Rebecca then pursued her BFA at Point Park University, where she studied many different types of dance and discovered her passion for Latin Ballroom. Rebecca moved to New York City, where she continued her dance training at Steps on Broadway Conservatory. At Steps, Rebecca had the honor of working with several of today's hottest choreographers. She also trained privately with Broadway legends Jessica Lee Goldyn and Chrissie Whitehead and joined the faculty of Steps on Broadway's youth and pre-professional programs, taught at 92NY Cultural Center, and became an assistant to choreographer Janice Rosario. Upon graduating from the Steps Conservatory, Rebecca was offered a position with Walt Disney World Entertainment.

Kailyn Cain

Kailyn Cain born and raised in Melbourne FL started dancing at the age of two. she danced competitively, all styles of dance until she was a senior in High School which she was her Dance Teams Captain for two consecutive years along with getting named an All American Dancer her Junior & Senior Year from the National Dance Alliance.

In 2019 she moved to Orlando Florida and graduated from UCF with a degree in Hospitality Management & Event Management. She also was a part of the Knights and Damsels Dance company at UCF for 3 years. She currently is in Entertainment at Universal Studios  while doing different seasonal events held at the parks & continues to work hard to try to land her dream of dancing full time. She can't wait to get started for her 4th year at Adanse!
