Characterized by its emphasis on rhythm, improvisation, and personal expression, jazz dance often features quick footwork, strong, angular movements, and dramatic, energetic leaps and turns. Jazz dance can be both highly structured, with precise choreography, and more free-form, allowing for improvisation.
Contemporary dance is a versatile and innovative dance style that blends elements of ballet, modern, jazz, and improvisation. It emphasizes creativity, emotional expression, and the exploration of movement, often focusing on the body's natural lines and fluidity. It often tells a story or conveys an emotion, with a focus on personal expression and connecting to the music or theme.

BALLET DANCE
Ballet is a highly technical and structured dance style that emphasizes precision, grace, and fluidity. Considered the Mother of all dances, the style is known for its focus on balance, flexibility, and control to develop strength and discipline.
Characterized by its strong grooves, rhythmic movement, and individual style, hip hop dance emphasizes musicality, coordination, and self-expression. It often features dynamic footwork, isolations, powerful body movements, and freestyle elements that encourage creativity and personal interpretation. Hip hop can be highly choreographed or improvisational, blending technique with energy, attitude, and authenticity.
HIPHOP
Acro/tumble dance class combines elements of acrobatics and dance, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Students learn acrobatic skills like flips, handsprings, and tumbling while incorporating these moves into choreography. The class typically includes warm-ups, stretches, and skill-building exercises, followed by learning to perform acrobatic tricks in sync with dance routines. It’s a fun, dynamic class that emphasizes both athleticism and creativity.
